Hearthaven Publishing’s privacy policy is pretty easy to explain. We do not share any of your information with anyone. Period. For any reason. Ever.
This is our promise to you that the date we collect through this website will be used in a respectful and secure manner.
How do we use your personal information?
If you sign up to receive our newsletter or you place an order at our bookstore, we have to have your name and address so we can ship the materials to you. We will use your e-mail address to let you know when we have a new product coming out or if we have special pricing on an existing product. You will not be barraged with advertisements—we limit this to once a month. And if you never want to hear from us again, that can easily be arranged.
The only other information we pay attention to relates to which pages are visited the most. This helps us know where we are serving your needs best and can hopefully help us do even better. However, there is no personal information attached to those statistics. We don’t know who has been to any one page—just how many visits were made to that page all together.
Will personal information be shared with outside entities?
Absolutely not! We use your information for internal purposes only. We will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise disclose your information to any outside entity.
Can I change my personal information?
Yes. Simply log into “My Account“ on our bookstore website and update it there. You may change your password, postal address and mailing address.
