About Hearthaven Publishing
LDS 12 STEP RECOVERY MATERIALS
The Mission of Hearthaven Publishing
The mission of Hearthaven Publishing (formerly known as Windhaven Publishing) is to produce recovery literature for the Latter-day Saint community.
We believe that the path to recovery from addictions of all types is through the Atonement of Jesus Christ. Through the grace of Jesus Christ, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, as well as many others outside the Church, are finding relief from the bondage of addiction, whether to drugs, alcohol, pornography, overspending, overeating or many other addictive behaviors.
Hearthaven Publishing is soley owned by Phil and Colleen Harrison. This company operated under the name Windhaven Publishing for nearly 20 years. The name was changed to Hearthaven Publishing in 2012, but the goals and mission remain the same.

Phil and Kathy had five children together. In 1998 Kathy and Phil began attending the LDS Twelve Step meetings of Heart t’ Heart. Following Kathy’s passing, Phil married Colleen.
Phil Harrison passed away in January 2021, but his memory will forever color the future mission of Hearthaven Publishing.
